Fwd for more Readers' Rides

Editors Note: People send me all kindsa great and strange pictures of the stuff they're working on and what they think makes up the perfect chopper. I figured it was only fair to share this stuff with everybody. If you want us to publish a pix of your project or finished scoot, send 'em HERE, if you don't want 'em published, don't send 'em (duh...)

hey bro!!! you got that right when you say "CHOPPERS RULE!!!". i may not have built this one from the ground up... but this is just what i had in mind! this chopper is a '71 H.D. sporty 1000 sitting on a mid-60's frame and mid-60's front end. frame is (of course) rigid. and the front end is a girder. what a ride!!! i just put it in the shop for a little tlc that i am unable to do at home (machine work). and i
should be back riding it in about six weeks!!! can't wait!!! i will send you some updated pics. later in the summer. thanks for this site!!! we needed this!!! mark in maine aka-"stretch"

ride 2a- is a more recent pic. i had done a bit of work over the last winter. home made sissy-bar, rear fender, front fender and a riser for the headlight. the rest you can't see.

harley1- is what it looked like before the above mentioned work.

the next few (to be sent in later) will show the new gas tank kick stand and kick pedal as well as a new front mast. cyl.
work,work,work... I LOVE IT!!!

Here's my Pan of many years. 50 motor, stroked to 86", with 48 heads, in a pre-VIN 4-speed frame. What's left of the REAL Iron Horsemag is at http://members.tripod.com/

Class ride. That Ironhorse thing was all over the map for a while. Some of 'em are at www.ironcross.net - who knows about the rest. I got a little tired of readin' about their personal problems. Sheesh, quit bitchin' and keep building.

Hey Warren,
I like your site. I'm a chopper fan from way back when I started going
to these B biker movies in the late 60's.
I own a '57 Pan chop since 1987, but started out on a K model sporty in
1072. I'v added two pick of two of my bikes.(I have 4 now) 1962 Sporty restored in 1989-1990 when I lived in Scotland.
1957 Pan redone in 1996-1997 when I lined in Oman.

Cheers, Panic

Love the pan.
