I found out that the chop had been shown at the famous british custom show (Belle Vue Show) in about 1981/2 and won first prize (and at many more shows as well), now knowing the history I decided to restore her to as near original as I could.  The chop had never been roadworthy or in fact ridden so I had to fabricate running gear re-align engine etc fit brakes and controls, rechrome and gold plate all the water damaged casing.
