I put new bars and risers on it, and I took the ugly blued out drag pipes off and cut off the mufflers and grinded them down to these little tiny loud as hell pipes.  I took steel wool to every thing and redid some brackets and made the stuff fit in place. I put some blocks on the swing arm in place of the shocks, and found a few parts in the trash can of the local Harley dealer. Off the top of my head, the bike is: 1958 swingarm frame 1977 ironed Sportster engine Drag bars (only cause I haven't bought the cables to put on my 16 in. ape hangers) 4 in. over narrow glide No front fender Bobbed back fender Kickstart only No speedometer No back brakes Obviously the horn and that kinda stuff has been taken off it Any questions?
