The word chopper means many things to many people. I suppose there are those who only think of the gaudy "theme" bikes they see on the Discovery channel or maybe the totally one-off custom metalwork bikes of Jesse James. But to me, chopper means "chopped" , as in "chopped off" as in "less is more, bucko". Cut off what you don't need and above all - Keep It Simple, Stupid! Well, the guys at O School Choppers keep it simple, but make it shine.
