...AGAIN!
CRUNCH, tinkle clunk! Back to the shop again.
This time, Steve Patience got to photograph it before it had
any more encounters with left turners.
All the works were pulled out of the frame, and the process of reworking the frame begun. Roberts' father Bob helped
with the work.
All the unnecessary nerds: were carved off the frame, and 
the neck given a 3/4-inch rake. Rear footpegs were
molded in at this stage. Most of the molding was done with metal, leaving only the finishing touches for the Bondo.
The family was called upon for help again, as Roberts' wife Chris helped with the molding.
A 5-inch universal rib fender was selected, and a peanut tank. The tank was set up to be mounted high, Frisco style,
