Editors Note: People send me all kindsa great and strange
pictures of the stuff they're working on and what they think makes up the perfect chopper.
I figured it was only fair to share this stuff with everybody. If you want us to publish a
pix of your project or finished scoot, send 'em HERE,
if you don't want 'em published, don't send 'em (duh...)

Well, of course I wrote back to find out
more...but I then I got this note from his wife:
Hello....this is Carol, Matt's wife. I am terribly sorry to write to you to
advise you that my husband, Matt passed away last Saturday. He loved his
bikes, and I appreciate you writing to him. Thanks for writing.
Rest In Peace, Mattman, though we never
really met you, we hope you're riding with the big guy.

Something i threw together one winter. 1974 FXE wish bone frame, 10" over 84 FXST wide glide .
Chopper Chip southern Maine.
How come the stuff this
guy "throws together" one winter looks cooler than most of
the stuff in the showroom window. Guess I'm just a misfit...
